Webb’s teachers are learners too, spending numerous hours attending conferences and workshops to expand their knowledge as well as finishing advanced degrees. Over 80% of Webb faculty members hold advanced degrees.
In nearly every aspect of student life, a teacher makes his or her mark. Webb faculty members are dedicated to working with students in the dormitories, on the athletic fields and in extracurricular activities. Most faculty members live on campus, are easily accessible and quite willing to share their families with students. The all-encompassing nature of the faculty-student relationship is one of the greatest rewards of boarding school life, for both the student and the teacher.
