Considered one of Ionesco's funniest and most accessible works, EXIT THE KING enjoyed a successful Broadway revival last year – and now you can see this hilarious, poignant play right here at Webb!

400-year-old King Berenger (Ben Kissell ‘10) has outstayed his welcome, letting his palace crumble and his Kingdom dwindle, but he's not going without a fight! While his first wife (Diana Escalante ‘12) and his Doctor (Brendan Ramos ‘12) push him towards the abyss, his idealistic second wife (Charlotte Harris ‘12) desperately tries to hold him back. The whole farcical mess is overseen by the two remaining soldiers (Jordan Burns ‘12 and John Dominguez ‘11) in his grossly depleted Army. Guest starring the KAZOOS in their triumphant return to the Copeland Donahue Theater and introducing… rollerblades! Come join us on February 5th & 6th at 7:30pm.
