The Campaign for The Webb Schools

Enjoying the WeatherCampaign Giving

When you make a gift to The Webb Schools, you have some exciting choices to make in determining how your gift will be used, as well as many different methods for making a contribution. The Webb Schools are a 501 (c)(3) not-for-profit organization so your contribution is tax deductible to extent of the law.

Unrestricted gifts to the Webb Fund are among the most valuable because they allow us to allocate funds anywhere on campus, wherever the need is greatest, and to take advantage of unique opportunities as they arise. These gifts are appreciated and recognized at every level.

Restricted gifts allow you to direct your gift to a specific campus master plan project or campaign initiative. These are typically leadership gifts in amounts of $10,000 or above. Naming opportunities are available for gifts of $50,000 or above so you can establish a lasting legacy with Webb in your name or in honor of someone else.

You also have the option of designating your gift to help build the endowment. Such gifts provide security over the long term by expanding the Schools’ permanent financial base and creating a reliable source of future revenue for endowed faculty positions, student scholarships, and academic programs.

In some cases, groups of donors such as an alumni class collectively form an endowed fund or name a capital project. Also, gifts can be pledged and paid over a period of up to five years if desired.

In addition to many of the immediate needs, we also hope you will consider Webb in your estate plans. There are a wide array of gift planning options which allow you to achieve your personal and philanthropic objectives.  These gifts may also provide supplemental income and tax savings.  Click here to learn more.
