When seniors give their Chapel talks, they often ask their friends to wear something special for the occasion. For Nadine's talk on Wednesday, she asked that girls come with whiskers, and boys come with mustaches - drawn on, of course.

As Dr. Farke (@AndyFarke) put it on his Twitter feed the other day, "Just brought very cool specimen back to museum from preparator. Can't say more now, but it's probably the coolest thing I've ever worked on."

Mr. Ogden and Ms. Narayen simulated colonial-era trade routes in their Modern World History classes this week. Students were given coordinates and a compass and had to "sail" around campus trading goods.

The boys' dorms competed in Webb Idol, a new event run by the dorm prefects. The guys in Jameson put on a dance to the "Prison Cell Tango" from the musical Chicago...

...and as you might imagine did not disappoint the crowd with their dance moves.

The Alamo boys took home the top prize at Webb Idol, perhaps it was the guest cameo of Sergio that put them over the edge.

Junior Fountain sold some fun flavors of oatmeal on Friday after school. The "Seasider" was a mix of oatmeal, apples, cinnamon, and vanilla.

Chloe '13 and the VWS varsity had a home match against Flintridge. Unfortunately, Webb fell 8-10.

It is great seeing friends playing cards and sharing dinner together in the evenings.
