We are pleased to invite you to Parents' Weekend 2013. This weekend has been designed to provide many opportunities for interacting with your child's teachers and advisor, attending athletics and art events, enjoying our beautiful campus and socializing with other Webb parents. 

During the two days we invite you to enjoy all our planned activities – class visits, the Perry Teaching Awards presentation, athletic events and mini-concerts sprinkled throughout the day. On Saturday morning, parents are invited to attend breakfast with their child's advisor and members of the faculty. Following the breakfast we will have programming for the junior and senior parents involving college guidance and for our freshmen and sophomore parents we will focus on opportunities at Webb.

Parents' Weekend leads directly into the fall break, but please note that students are required to remain on campus until the break begins on Saturday afternoon. Parents are welcome to take their children out for dinner on Friday night, but students must be present for all other meals on campus. Boarders return from break between 3:00 pm and 9:00 pm on Wednesday, October 19. Classes resume on Thursday, October 10.

ACCOMODATIONS:

Webb has a special Parents' Weekend rate at the Doubletree Hotel in Claremont.  Make your reservation online at www.doubletreeclaremont.com to receive the special rate or call (800) 222-8733 and request group code WSP.  Our group block is for the dates of October 2-6 .  This block will be held until September 18, 2013, after that date we cannot guarantee you will receive the preferred rate.
