Thompson Webb welcomed students from across socio-economic lines and from around the globe — students who were drawn to Webb for its emphasis on character building and leadership development as well as great academic opportunity. To continue his dream of attracting the most talented students and sustaining diversity, Webb must expand its financial aid resources.

Featured Objective:
Crean Foundation Challenge

In acknowledgment of our past efforts and future goals, The Crean Foundation recently awarded Webb a $1 million Matching Gift Challenge.  For every $2 raised for scholarship endowment from alumni, parents and friends, the foundation contributed $1. Our goal was met in 2011 — thus raising a total of $3 million toward the overall scholarship endowment goal.  Scholarship endowment remains a primary focus and is one of the largest needs for the remainder of the campaign.
