  • Submit Enrollment Agreement and Deposit

    Enrollment Agreement Deadlines

    Day - March 27
    Boarding - April 10

    An email will be sent to parents with instructions and links to complete in mid-March. 

  • Submit Additional Forms

    Upon receipt of your enrollment agreement and deposit by the assigned deadline, emails will be sent with instructions and links to our Student Information System (SIS) and Magnus Health to complete additional forms. Forms will be available online.

  • Request Courses

    In Mid-April, parents will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the online course request process within the Student Information System (SIS). All students will complete language and math placement tests. Visit the Course Selection page for a current listing and description of classes offered. 
  • Optional: Orchestra/Band Auditions

    Please prepare either a Youtube video OR Youku video (in China).
    1. Up to 2 minutes (but not more than) of solo playing (no accompaniment - just you alone) of a piece that best represents your abilities. At the beginning of the video please state your full name. We should be able to see your face and your hands as you are playing your instrument. (If you have a piano accompaniment that is okay but not necessary)
    1. 2 scales of your choice (up to 2 octaves each)
    We are not looking for a perfectly polished performance or a professionally made video, but merely seeing how you might fit into our instrumental groups at Webb. Please do not send us a professionally made video as they often add artificial reverberation.
    You may wish to do an “unlisted” posting on Youtube or Youku. Then send either the Youtube OR Youku link to both and

  • Attend Orientation

    New Boarding Students: August 14-16
    New Day Students: August 15-16

    Friday, August 14: New boarding students and their parents start their weekend of orientation with a fun afternoon of introductions and welcome activities. 

    Saturday, August 15: Boarding students move into the dorms in the morning and then are joined by new day students and their parents after lunch.

    Saturday and Sunday Activities: All the important topics to help with an easy transition to Webb will be covered.  You'll get lots of time with your academic advisor, fellow students, and the faculty and staff, as well as learn about all the resources available to you.

  • Class Retreats

    After orientation and before classes begin, you'll head off campus with your classmates for a couple of fun-filled days to get to know each other even better.
