26th Annual Peccary Society Dinner

On November 3, 1968, the museum was dedicated to Raymond M. Alf during a ceremony held on the deck adjacent to the main entrance. During his speech at this historic event, Ray Alf said thank you to all present in four languages; French, Swedish, Cantonese, and English, and at the end of the ceremony the Peccary Song was sung. Now 50 years later we will celebrate the golden anniversary of the dedication at the 26th Annual Peccary Society Dinner.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees of the Raymond M. Alf Museum of Paleontology, I cordially invite you to attend the 26th Annual Peccary Society Dinner. The dedication and support of the Peccary Society over the last 26 years has made all the difference in our drive to preserve and expand on the inspirational legacy of Dr. Raymond Alf. The museum is now internationally known as a center of education and research and our worldwide reputation continues to grow. We could not have come this far without your support.
With gratitude,
Don Lofgren, PhD
