Professional focus: My classes include Integrated Physics & Chemistry, Astrophysics, Advanced Studies in Experimental Physics and AP Physics C. I am the head coach of Webb’s three FIRST Tech Challenge robotics teams. I am the lead class advisor for the Webb School of California Class of 2026.

Scholarly or professional activities: I have been accepted as an ambassador for the American Physical Society Step-Up program, which aims to encourage women and girls to continue in physics education and research. I have been also named a STEP-UP advocate.  In summer 2022, I attended the American Association of Physics Teachers conference on Integrating Computation in High School Physics.

Years as an educator: 15, with 10 at Webb.

Grew up: Nova Scotia, Canada

Favorite book or author: I enjoy reading science fiction.

Favorite exercise: My favorite exercise is playing on the Webb faculty street hockey team against students.
