Dutch joined Webb in July 2016. As Webb's chief advancement officer, Dutch oversees Webb's development and fundraising programs, including The Webb Fund, Leadership Giving and Planned Giving, and outreach programs, including Alumni Relations and Parent Programs. In addition, Webb's Development Office works "hand in hand" with the Alf Museum of Paleontology, in support of its mission.
Prior to joining Webb, Dutch served as Director of Development at The Salisbury School in Connecticut from 2008-2016--during Salisbury's successful $108 million "For the Boys" Campaign--and as Director of Alumni Relations and Director of Leadership Giving at Trinity College in Hartford, CT from 2001-2008. Dutch earned his master's degree in Public Policy from Trinity College, his bachelor's degree in English from Trinity College, studied in Hong Kong in the Yale-China International Asian Studies Programme and in the U.K. in the English-speaking Union Scholars Programme. Dutch and his wife, Hilary, a humanities teacher at Webb, reside on Webb's campus.
