Yosh Han ’89 on Netflix Series

“Fragrance allows you to armchair travel. Giving someone that ability to travel momentarily to that place is so powerful.” Yosh Han ‘89 appears in the Netflix series, HUMAN: The World Within. Check out episode five, Sense.

“I’m about 12 minutes in,” said Han. “Thanks to PBS for this gorgeous production. It was shot on location in San Francisco at one of my retail partners Ministry of Scent and Tiger Lily Perfumery and two of my favorite spots in the city: Golden Gate Park and Crissy Field.”

Han is a level 1 Sommelier and judge for the Art and Olfaction awards. She is also a Reiki healer and clairvoyant and reads auras privately, around the world and on stage. She was voted best aura reader by Refinery 29 in 2012. Her work has been featured in Vanity Fair, New York Times, Los Angeles Times, Vogue, Bloomberg and Elle, and her past clients include: IDEO, DARPA, Four Seasons Resorts, and UC Berkeley. She is currently a Creative in Residence at The Battery and founder of Eau de YOSH.

At Webb, Han was an active VWS boarder. She served on the Honor Committee and Dorm Council, worked on the school newspaper, El Espejo and the Interfaith Committee, and was a member of the varsity volleyball, basketball, softball, swim and diving teams. After Webb she attended Pepperdine University and majored in International Studies and minored in Asian Studies.
