2016 Parent Fundraiser a Huge Success!

Event co-chairs Lisa Albert P ’15, ’17 and Laura Romero P ’12, ’15, ’20 and their tireless parent volunteers staged a fun-filled and successful fundraising event during Parents Weekend 2016—grossing nearly $200,000 to benefit The Affiliates Athletic & Afternoon Activities Fund.

“Knights of Webb” and its medieval theme played out on the lower field with nearly 400 parents, alumni and friends in attendance—traveling to Webb from across the country and around the world. The silent and live auctions featured over 100 items and packages, including trips to Switzerland, Vail, and Las Vegas, jewelry, VIP tickets and more.

“Webb parents are extraordinarily generous and tremendously hard-working volunteers. I want to thank Lisa Albert and Laura Romero for their leadership, and everyone else who worked on the event or joined us and supported the cause,” said Taylor Stockdale, Head of Schools.
