Weekends at Webb are anything but boring. If anything, there’s so much to do in SoCal it can be hard to choose. Campus is buzzing with exciting activities sponsored by the Director of Student Life, leadership groups, and clubs. Whether you're into sports, arts, or just hanging out, there's always something for everyone. Opportunities range from hikes with teachers to lunch in places like Grand Central Market and Little Korea in LA to Disneyland and sporting events where you can cheer for the LA Lakers, the Rams, or the Dodgers.
There’s also a lot going on on the Webb campus with celebrations for Dia De Los Muertos with a mariachi band, Ramadan feasts, Webb athletics, performances by our musicians, dancers, and thespians, and competitions including robotics and debate.
Claremont is less than 10 minutes away from Webb’s main entrance. Home to the famous Claremont Colleges, the town has numerous restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, and a multiplex movie theater. Webb students often take advantage of the world-class musical performances given by Pomona College faculty and see exhibitions at the Benton Museum of Art.
Big events like Webb Day, Prom, and Jubilee are weekend activities that are the highlights of the year. These are can't-miss moments where everyone comes together for unforgettable experiences.
But that's not all! We organize weekend trips to Los Angeles and the nearby Claremont Village. Picture yourself exploring the city on Friday evenings, Saturdays, or Sundays. These trips are super popular, and you can sign up through the Student News group on Outlook.
