Financial Aid

Affording Webb

The Webb Schools foster a vibrant campus community, attracting students from across the nation and around the world who share a spirit of curiosity and unbounded thinking. Our need-based financial aid system enables us to ensure that tuition costs are not an obstacle to accessing a Webb education.

Awards are based on demonstrated financial need, which is determined through a financial aid application process. Annually, Webb offers about $6 million in need-based aid. For the 2022-23 school year, 33 percent of families accepted $5.8 million in aid, with awards ranging from several thousand dollars to nearly the full cost of tuition. These awards are grants — not loans — and, therefore, do not have to be paid back. In addition, Webb provides additional scholarships to help cover supplementary costs for students in need.

Within the limitations of our budget, and according to our financial aid policies, Webb uses the School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) recommendations as a guideline in determining individual awards. We also partner with Your Tuition Solution to offer affordable education loans to families attending Webb.

Financial aid is renewable, and families are required to apply each year. To apply for Financial Aid, families should submit a Financial Aid application through the SSS portal. The Financial Aid application deadline is generally January 15.
