Welcome to Webb!
A Warm Webb Welcome
Congratulations! Welcome to The Webb Schools, a community of unbounded thinkers pushing to solve problems and educate students to be honor-bound leaders. Our graduates are advanced in the arts and humanities, math and sciences, and social sciences. And our college placement into the Ivy League and small national liberal arts colleges, and, in fact, into the top 10% of all colleges and universities nationwide, remains remarkable.
Beyond this though, I believe the proof of our promise as a school is found in our alumni. We count among our ranks over 4,5000 alumni that cross the country and span the globe. Webb alumni are a tight-knit community of striving, successful professionals—doctors and lawyers, scholars and teachers, politicians and entrepreneurs, servant leads of every type.
Fortuitously sited on the edge of the Pacific Rim, adjacent to the world-renowned Claremont Colleges, it is fair to say that Webb is the only school of its kind in the country. Webb remains the only school in the world with an AAM-accredited museum on its campus—the Raymond M. Alf Museum of Paleontology, in which students participate in every aspect of its scientific program. Discover learning like no other!

Head of Schools
"Everyone was so genuine and kind, I could feel the community from the second I got there, and I knew Webb was the place for me."

Step 3
Request Courses
On April 26, families will receive an email with instructions on how to complete the online course request process within the Student Information System (SIS). All students will complete language and math placement tests online via Canvas. Canvas login details will also be included in the email.

Step 4
Orchestra and Band Auditions (Optional)
Please submit either a YouTube video or a Youku video (for students in China) by May 14, 2021. Audition videos may be submitted online via Canvas. Login instructions will be sent via email on April 26.
At the beginning of your video, state your full name. Record up to two minutes of solo playing (piano accompaniment is okay but not necessary) of a piece that best represents your abilities. We should be able to see your face and your hands as you are playing your instrument. Two scales of your choice (up to two octaves each).
We are not looking for a perfectly polished performance—we want to see how you might fit into our instrumental groups at Webb. Please do not send us a professionally made video, as they often add artificial reverberation.
Questions? Please email Mrs. Silva and Mr. Champion.
