University of Chicago students recognize Webb teacher with Outstanding Educator Award
The University of Chicago has awarded the Outstanding Educator Award to Webb science teacher and Director of Equity John Choi. Students accepted into the university’s Class of 2027 nominate an educator whose guidance has helped them toward intellectual growth.
“I am particularly honored, humbled, and appreciative of this award because it was a result of student nomination,” said Mr. Choi. “Nothing is more rewarding than knowing that I played a small part in someone’s journey of learning.”
