  • Sanjay Dholakia '87, Chair

    Sanjay Dholakia ’87, Chair, has strong family ties to Webb. His brother, Sameer Dholakia ’91, his wife, Melissa Barnes-Dholakia ’87, and his daughter, Maya ’21, are all alumni. Sanjay has “a keen sensitivity for what education can do.” He served on The Board of Trustees of Lighthouse Community Charter School in Oakland, and he and his family endowed Webb’s Pravina Dholakia Scholarship Fund. Sanjay received his BS in economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business and his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He joined the Webb Board of Trustees in 2011, and has served as Chair since 2017. Sanjay started his career in management consulting at Andersen Consulting and McKinsey & Company. He spent his operating career building enterprise software companies, most recently serving as chief marketing officer at Marketo (Adobe). Currently, Sanjay serves as an independent board director and as an operating partner with private equity firm Warburg Pincus. As a trustee, Sanjay’s goal has always been to “help Webb become an institution that endures and thrives for centuries.”
  • Larry Ashton '70, Chair, Alf Museum

    Larry is an active and notable alumnus of the Class of 1970. An avid Peccary Man and great enthusiast of Ray Alf, Larry first met Ray when his summer peccary trip groups would shop at the Ashton store in Vernal, Utah. These meetings led the Ashtons to send their two boys, Larry ’70 and Michael ’67, to Webb. After graduating from Webb, Larry received his B.A. and MBA from the University of Utah. He is manager of Ashton Family, LLC in Salt Lake City, Utah. Larry joined the Alf Museum board in 1999 and was elected chairman in 2002. As chairman, there is never a moment when Larry is not promoting the museum. He has shepherded the Alf Museum through national re-accreditation, major exhibit hall renovations, and capital campaigns. He and his wife, Alicia, are stalwart supporters of the museum and the schools and work tirelessly on behalf of both.
  • Tammie Brailsford

    Tammie is the principal and executive coach at The Brailsford Group, a company that supports executive leaders who want to fine-tune their leadership effectiveness and shape their organizational culture. Before founding her own company, Tammie served as COO for a number of major hospitals in the southern California region. Her husband, Paul, is an ophthalmologist who has been practicing for over 30 years. Tammie speaks passionately about how their son Matt '18 had a boarding experience at Webb that shaped his life and had a profound impact on their family. Tammie's passion to give back to Webb and to share the story of the transformative impact of living in a global boarding school community is powerful.
  • Michael Chang '92

    Michael Chang ’92 lives in Hong Kong with his family and is the CEO of Capture Ltd. He serves on the board of YesVideo following the successful acquisition of Greystripe, the company he co-founded and grew into one of the world’s largest mobile advertising networks. Chang received his bachelor’s degree from Carnegie Mellon University and his MBA from Duke University. Michael is a dedicated alum whose generous support and service makes Webb better. In 2012, he and his wife Alicia established the Michael Chang ’92 Scholarship Fund at Webb. Michael is also the proud parent of a Webb graduate, Ian '23.

     
  • Deval Dvivedi '00

    A passionate advocate for education, Deval Dvivedi ’00 lives in New York City with his wife, Snigdha, and is Head of International for Eagle Proprietary Investments Ltd. At Eagle, he focuses on new investments, strategic partnerships and manages Eagle’s international investments portfolio. Deval came to Webb as a junior from Bahrain, and while the adjustment was great, it was also swift. He was a good student, excelled in economics, and was the number-one seed on the tennis team. After Webb, Deval received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Boston College, and spent a year at the London School of Economics studying finance. Deval and Snigdha are avid supporters of Webb and recently created the the 21st Century Endowed Scholarship Fund to support financial aid.
  • Jenna Gambaro '95

    Jenna Gambaro ’95 is one of Vivian Webb School’s most committed and passionate alumnae. In 2010, she was elected to Webb’s Board of Trustees. Jenna earned her B.S. in business and marketing from Portland State University and her juris doctorate from Southwestern School of Law. Since 2004, she has been a business affairs executive in the Commercial Endorsement Department of Hollywood’s Creative Artists Agency. She is also a member of the Board of Trustees of The Point Foundation.
  • Jessica (Anand) Gupta ’05

    Jessica is an Account Manager at BetterUp, a coaching firm and is the Founder and CEO of Taavi, an online community-building organization for parents. After graduating from VWS, Jessica attended Wellesley College. She has been an active volunteer for Webb, serving on the Alumni Council as a reunion chair, and has hosted many events both at her home in San Francisco and at her parents’ home in Claremont. Jessica has two daughters, Ahna and Avya, and she just recently completed her service as Board Chair for her daughter’s preschool, Cow Hollow School.
  • Wendy Hornbuckle

    Wendy Hornbuckle P ’19 immigrated from Great Britain and has lived in Las Vegas for 40 years. She attended the University of Nevada, Las Vegas and has had a thriving career in the hospitality industry. Over the past 15 years, she has been an highly active philanthropist and community leader in Southern Nevada. Wendy is a founding member of Nevada Women in Philanthropy Organization where she sits on the Executive Committee and has served as chair of several operating committees and is currently chair of Grant Monitoring. Wendy was also instrumental in passing Nevada’s most recent legislation on gun control, which impacted proper background checks for a safe Nevada. In November 2016, Wendy and her husband, Bill, made a leadership gift to Webb, establishing the Wendy and William Hornbuckle Family Endowment Scholarship Fund, targeting students of the Las Vegas Valley in hopes that they could attend Webb. Their son, Kristopher, is a graduate of the Class of 2019.
  • William (Bill) Hornbuckle

    William (Bill) J. Hornbuckle P ’19 is chief executive officer and president of MGM Resorts International, a global entertainment company with iconic hotels, casinos, meeting and conference spaces, live and theatrical entertainment experiences, and an array of restaurants, nightlife, and retail offerings. Bill oversees all aspects of MGM Resorts’ strategy, operations and hospitality, and gaming development projects, including development efforts in Asia and sports betting strategy. Bill is a member of MGM Resorts’ Board of Directors and serves as chairman of the Board of Directors of MGM China Holdings, which operates resorts in Macau. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in hotel administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is active in community service in Southern Nevada. He serves on the Board of Trustees for Three Square Food Bank. He is the founder of the Bank of George, a local banking and financial services institution, and is president of the Fulfillment Fund. Bill and his wife, Wendy, live in Henderson, Nevada, and Park City, Utah. In November 2016, the couple made a leadership gift to establish the Wendy and William Hornbuckle Family Endowment Scholarship Fund to assist students in the Las Vegas Valley who wish to attend The Webb Schools. Their son, Kristopher, graduated from the Class of 2019.
  • Jennifer Y. Ishiguro ’91

    Jennifer Y. Ishiguro ’91 serves as partner, chief legal officer & corporate secretary of StepStone Group Inc., a global private markets firm that provides customized investment and advisory solutions in private equity, infrastructure, private debt, and real estate to some of the most sophisticated investors, in the world. Prior to joining StepStone, Jennifer served in legal leadership roles at AutoGravity Corp., a Daimler and Volkswagen-owned fintech; Gateway One Lending & Finance, LLC, the auto finance subsidiary of TCF Financial Corp. (NYSE: TCF); and Toyota Financial Services. Jennifer also practiced securities law and capital markets for eight years at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, working in the firm’s New York, Tokyo, and Washington, D.C. offices. She is passionate about diversity, equity, and inclusion, serving on the D&I Committee of her current company and promoting DEI in the legal profession. Jennifer graduated cum laude from both Harvard Law School and Yale College. Before attending law school, she served as speechwriter to United Nations Secretary-General Boutros Boutros-Ghali and studied international trade law in Japan on a Fulbright fellowship. She lives in Southern California with her husband and daughter. Among her favorite memories of Webb are participating in various theatrical productions and having heated debates with her day student best friend seated atop the machines in the laundry room past visiting hours, challenging religion, existential existence, and the like.
  • Naveen Jeereddi ’92

    Naveen Jeereddi ’92 is the founder and CEO of Jeereddi Partners L.L.C., an event-oriented, value investment firm. He has over two decades of value-oriented experience financing, analyzing, and investing in public and private companies. Naveen has served in value investment roles at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette (DLJ), Onex Corporation, The Baupost Group L.L.C., and Tala Investments LP. He currently serves on the board of directors of Chandler Global PTE. Ltd, iDream Media Inc., and XPRS Capital LLC. He earned an MBA with distinction from the Harvard Business School and a BBA with high distinction from the University of Michigan. His older sister, Dr. Praveena Jeereddi ’90, is a graduate of Vivian Webb School. Naveen lives in Los Angeles with his wife, Amy, and their four children.
  • Sandra Lee Rebish ’88

    Sandra Lee Rebish ’88, M.D., is a board-certified dermatologist practicing in Upland, California, with her husband and fellow dermatologist, Jeffrey Rebish, M.D. Her sons attend WSC, Chance ’23, and Stratton ’24. Along with raising two boys and running a private practice, she has is a social media and television personality. With well over 10 million followers on social media platforms and over 3 billion views on her YouTube channel, she now has a successful and growing skincare line, SLMD Skin Care, a book, and a highly rated television series on TLC called Dr. Pimple Popper.
  • Kathy Chen Liu ’99

    Kathy Chen Liu is an experienced TMT investor and capital allocator in Asia. She currently manages a family office in Singapore and previously worked at Allianz Global Investors and Goldman Sachs in Hong Kong and New York. She is a strong Webb supporter. She has represented Webb at admission events in Singapore, where she currently lives with her husband, Yu Liu, and their three children. Kathy grew up in Diamond Bar, CA and graduated from Stanford University with a B.S. in Management Science and Engineering.
  • Rahmi Mowjood, D.O. '90

    Dr. Rahmi Mowjood is the CEO of Cucamonga Valley Medical Group, where he specializes in family medicine. He is the vice chair of the Webb Board of Trustees and has served on the board since 2017. Prior to becoming a trustee, Dr. Mowjood was the President of the Alumni Council at Webb. He has served in many other volunteer capacities, including Reunion Chair, Junior Career Evening speaker, as a member of the Medical Advisory Board, and many more. 
  • Ming (Andrew) Pan

    Andrew Pan is Senior Vice President and Head of China Business and Strategy at East West Bank. Mr. Pan has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry. He has served in various leadership roles at East West Bank and has also worked with government organizations such as the Shenzhen Science, Industry, Trade and Information Commission, and holds degrees from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and Beijing Institute of International Relations. He has been a member of the Webb Board of Trustees since 2023.
  • Miles Rosedale '69

    Miles Rosedale has served as CEO of Monrovia Growers, one of the world's largest producers of container-grown plants, with more than 2,000 different varieties. Founded in 1926, the company has introduced hundreds of patented plants and produces more than 22 million plants each year at its nurseries in six locations in five states. Mr. Rosedale began his first term on the board in 1985 and has served Webb faithfully as a Reunion Chair, member of the Alumni Council, Campaign Cabinet, and many more.
  • Dakota Santana-Grace '11

    Dakota is a Partner with Boston Consulting Group (BCG), where he has worked since starting as an Associate in 2016. He specializes in transportation and logistics, serving clients globally on their operations and logistics strategies. Additionally, he is an active leader in BCGs LGBTQ affinity group, serving on the North America PRIDE Operating Committee. He was the valedictorian for the WSC Class of 2011 and attended Harvard University. He has been a dedicated alum serving on the Alumni Council, as a commencement speaker, reunion chair, and a regional representative for Webb in Boston and now DC. As a student, he was a Rogers Peccary Scholar, co-founder of the Webb Debate Team, and was active in the theater program.
  • Theresa A. Smith, Ph.D., Head of School

    Theresa Smith, Ph.D. holds a Bachelor of Arts in history with a minor in Spanish from UC Berkeley, a Master of Arts in history from UC San Diego, and a Ph.D. in history from UC San Diego with focuses in early modern European history, modern European history and colonial Latin American history. She is the author of The Emerging Female Citizen: Gender & Enlightenment in Spain, published by UC Press in 2006. Dr. Smith has over 20 years of experience leading innovative educational programs. She became Assistant Head of Schools in 2017 and Associate Head of Schools in 2020.
  • Wendin Smith, Ph.D. '89

    Dr. Wendin Smith joined the Webb Board of Trustees in 2017. She currently serves as the Associate Administrator for Counterterrorism and Counterproliferation at the U.S. Department of Energy's National Nuclear Security Administration. In this capacity, she is responsible for countering nuclear terrorism and proliferation, and for preparing for and responding to nuclear or radiological accidents and incidents worldwide. Previously, she served as Security Policy Director within the Political Affairs and Security Policy Division at NATO's Headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. In separate government roles, she has served the U.S. Special Operations Command, as well as the Office of the Undersecretary of Defense for Policy. She has also deep experience in the private sector, including in founding and operating consulting firms that supported customers across the federal government. In 2017, the Office of the Secretary of Defense recognized her with the Dept. of Defense's Exceptional Public Service Award. Dr. Smith is a graduate of Dartmouth College and received her Ph.D. and Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from The Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University. She is a Member of the Council on Foreign Relations, fluent in Russian, and conversational in German. 
  • Jordan Taylor '02

    Jordan Taylor is the Managing Partner at Kwontified, where he leverages his expertise in digital marketing and search engine optimization to provide guidance to fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands as they navigate the Amazon platform to grow their online businesses in the US and internationally. Mr. Taylor received his bachelor’s degree in government and economics from Cornell University and his juris doctor from Notre Dame Law School. He has been a member of the Webb Board of Trustees since 2021 and previously served as Vice President of the Alumni Council, Reunion Chair, and Junior Career Evening speaker.
  • Lance Williams '97

    Lance Williams is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of the LanMar Fund, a charitable fund that supports endangered species conservation projects such as Kenya-based “Save The Elephants.” Lance is the former vice president of the Fred B. Snite Foundation, a charity that supports societal, religious, and medical causes. Prior to his role at LanMar, he worked for 8 years as the Merchandising and Partnerships Director for Conde Nast Traveler. Prior to joining The Webb Schools Board of Trustees, Mr. Williams served as a trustee of the Raymond M. Alf Museum of Paleontology.
