How to Apply

The application deadline for the Fall 2026-2027 school year is January 15, 2026. Admission decisions will be available on March 10, 2026, in the applicant portal for applicants who submit the application by the January 15 deadline.

  • Inquiry Form: Start here so we can keep you informed through the admission process
  • Interview: Schedule your interview by December 19, 2025 using the following link: Schedule Here
    • Interviews may be conducted in-person or virtually and are strongly recommended.
  • Application: Submit your application through Gateway to Prep Schools.
  • Teacher Recommendations: Completed through the Gateway application portal.
  • School Transcripts: Official academic records submitted by the applicant's current school for the prior academic year and first semester of the current academic year. 
  • (Optional) Apply for Financial Aid by January 15, 2026.
  • (Optional) Complete the Character Skills Snapshot.
  • English Proficiency Test: Strongly recommended for all international applicants. Required if the applicant has not attended a school in a country where English is the official language for the past two years. Webb accepts TOEFL, IELTS, or Duolingo.
Webb is test-blind and does not consider standardized tests like the SSAT (Secondary School Admission Test) or the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE) in its application process. The Admission Team evaluates each applicant holistically, considering their academic performance, teacher recommendations, and personal experiences. Our approach is designed to identify potential and excellence in future Webb students, recognizing the unique strengths and qualities each individual brings.
