Summer is a composer, music arranger, studio and touring pianist/keyboardist, music director, backing vocalist and orchestral contractor. She was a violinist and pianist at Webb as part of the Honors String Sinfonia and a member of the pit orchestra for Fiddler on the Roof and Company. At UC Berkeley, she earned a BA in Legal Studies with a Music minor.
Today Summer is based in Orange County. Her studio and touring/live showcase performance credits include Bebe Rexha, KSHMR, Chon, Anthony Green, Roddy Ricch, Chief Keef, Circa Survive, Naia Izumi, Alex Siegel, Until the Ribbon Breaks, Thunder Jackson, Psychic Barber, Alexandra Shipp, Dayseeker and more. She's performed on many famed stages including The Ellen Show, Shrine Expo Hall (Los Angeles), Terminal 5 (NYC), Starland Ballroom (NJ), The Glass House (Pomona), House of Blues San Diego, The Peppermint Club (Los Angeles), TEDxUCSD, TEDxCambridgeUniversity, Anaheim Convention Center and more.
On working with Grammy-nominated artist Bebe Rexha last year, Summer shared this: “I had an absolute blast working with Bebe and her team to help bring her song of female empowerment, "You Can't Stop the Girl," to national television. The song is featured in the credits of the Maleficent: Mistress of Evil movie!”
