Students Explore Cancer Research at City of Hope

Students recently visited City of Hope, the world-renowned cancer research center and treatment hospital in Duarte, for an inside look at biomedical research.

Hosted by Webb parent Dr. Tijana Talisman P ’29, students toured the campus, explored research laboratories, and participated in hands-on lab activities. The visit gave students a real-world view of how scientists investigate disease and develop new treatments.

Experiences like this connect classroom learning with the work of leading researchers. Thank you to Dr. Talisman for welcoming Webb students and making this opportunity possible.
